Coaching for Women in Midlife (and Beyond)
You’ve done hard things
You’ve built a career, raised a family, and held everything together.
But lately, your body feels different. Heavier. Slower. Harder to predict.
What used to work doesn’t anymore.
You’re not lazy. You’re not undisciplined.
Your body has changed — hormonally, metabolically, emotionally — and it needs a different kind of support than it did 5, 10, or 20 years ago.
That’s where my coaching comes in.
Guided by Experience Grounded in Real Life
For over 15 years, I’ve walked alongside women through hormonal and metabolic change.
Together, we create a clear, grounded process that restores energy, steadies weight, and helps you feel like yourself again, without extremes, guilt, or guesswork.
This is a space where clarity replaces confusion, compassion replaces pressure, and your nervous system finally gets to exhale.
The Reset · Rebalance · Renew Method
RESET
We begin by simplifying and stabilizing what’s overwhelming your system.
This includes nourishment, hydration, sleep rhythms, and reducing stress on your nervous system..
Goal: Create safety so your body can respond.
REBALANCE
Next, we align your habits with your hormone shifts, metabolism, and real life.
We use smart nutrition and gentle, hormone-supportive meal timing to restore steadiness, energy, and metabolic responsiveness
Goal: Restore balance and metabolic flexibility..
RENEW
Finally, we anchor routines that feel supportive and sustainable.
Develop the kind of habits that build confidence and help you stay consistent, without burnout or perfectionism.
Goal: Build confidence and habits that last.

What This Work Looks Like in Practice
Every woman I work with brings a different history, physiology, and stress load. But there are common patterns I see again and again.
Case Snapshot #1
Breaking the on-off cycle & supporting thyroid health
A woman in her late 50s came to me with persistent weight gain, disrupted sleep, intense sugar cravings in the afternoon, and the feeling that her metabolism had “slowed to a crawl.”
She described her approach as all or nothing — strict plans followed by burnout, then starting over. She had tried calorie restriction, high-intensity workouts, and intermittent fasting on her own. Each attempt left her more exhausted, more inflamed, and increasingly discouraged.
Her thyroid labs were considered “normal,” yet she felt cold, flat, wired-but-tired, and reactive around food — classic signs that stress physiology and cortisol were interfering with metabolic and thyroid signaling.
Our work focused on steadiness instead of pressure.
We slowed everything down and created a middle ground: consistent protein, circadian-aligned meals, nervous-system regulation, and removing hidden stressors that were keeping cortisol elevated.
Over time, her sugar cravings softened, sleep became more predictable, and her energy stabilized. Weight loss became steady instead of forced — and for the first time in years, she stopped feeling like she was either “on” or “off the wagon.”
Case Snapshot #2
A former athlete with insulin resistance and high cortisol
A former endurance athlete came to me frustrated that the strategies that once worked no longer did. Despite “doing everything right,” her body felt inflamed, unpredictable, and increasingly resistant to change.
High cortisol, poor recovery, and a push-harder mindset were overriding her metabolic health. Together, we shifted away from intensity and toward recovery, meal timing, metabolic flexibility, and nervous-system safety.
Her biggest win wasn’t the number on the scale — it was feeling grounded in her body again, with fewer crashes, less reactivity, and renewed trust that her body wasn’t broken.
Case Snapshot #3
Perimenopause, caregiving stress, and chronic depletion
A woman navigating perimenopause alongside a demanding career and caregiving responsibilities came to me feeling foggy, depleted, and emotionally flat.
Her symptoms weren’t just hormonal — they were cumulative. Chronic stress, irregular meals, disrupted sleep, and years of self-neglect had taken a toll on her nervous system and metabolism.
We addressed stress physiology first, then layered in supportive nutrition, circadian rhythm, and realistic habits that fit her life.
The result wasn’t perfection — it was steadiness. Fewer energy crashes, clearer thinking, and a sense of calm competence she hadn’t felt in years.
The common thread
This work is never about forcing change.
It’s about understanding what your body is asking for now — and responding with clarity, compassion, and steady support.
What Results Can Look Like
Women I work with often share that they feel lighter and less inflamed, clearer and more focused, and more steady in their energy throughout the day.
They describe feeling calmer, more emotionally grounded, and more confident in their decisions — with greater consistency around food, movement, and daily routines.
Many say they finally feel at home in their bodies again, and relieved to understand what their body actually needs.
And yes — weight loss often becomes easier when your body returns to balance.

A Note about Pricing
I work with clients through private 1:1 coaching offered in structured packages.
Because this work is deeply personalized, I share investment details during our initial conversation — so you have a clear understanding of what’s included and whether it feels like the right fit for you.
There’s no pressure. The goal of that first conversation is clarity, alignment, and mutual fit.
You’re Not Meant to Navigate Midlife Alone
If your metabolism feels stubborn, your stress feels high, or nothing you try seems to work, it doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
It means your approach needs to align with the season your body is in.
If you’re ready for clarity, steadiness, and support, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
