Where This Work Began

I’ve been supporting women through hormonal and metabolic change since 2009 — long before midlife health became a trend.

But this work didn’t begin with credentials or programs. It began with my own body.

In my twenties and thirties, I struggled deeply with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Irregular cycles, inflammation, hormonal disruption, and a fertility journey filled with confusion and dismissal became my norm. I was repeatedly offered quick fixes instead of real answers — and told, implicitly and explicitly, that I should just “try harder.”

I knew women deserved more.

And I deserved more.

More clarity, more compassion, more grace, and a deeper understanding of how my body actually worked.

This experience shaped how I guide women today:

Women don’t need more pressure — they need clarity, nervous system safety, and compassion as they navigate change.

That realization became the foundation of my life’s work.

From Personal Healing to Professional Calling

In 2009, I founded PCOS Diva, a nationally recognized women’s wellness platform offering education, coaching, and evidence-based lifestyle support.

Over the next decade, I authored Healing PCOS (HarperCollins), interviewed hundreds of health experts, and coached thousands of women around the world.

Despite “doing everything right,” many started experiencing…

  • stubborn weight gain

  • disrupted sleep

  • cortisol overload and chronic stress

  • energy crashes

  • inflammation

  • and the unsettling feeling of “I don’t feel like myself anymore”

As those women — and I — entered our 40s, 50s, and beyond, something familiar began to surface again.

At the same time, my life grew fuller and heavier — caregiving, motherhood, work, responsibility, and my own transition into perimenopause.

For so many of us, it isn’t just physiology shifting — it’s identity.
The demands we carry increase. The stress load accumulates.

And the strategies that once worked no longer match the woman we have become.

My own stress physiology reached its limit.
And once again, I had to listen carefully to my body and rebuild from the inside out.

Midlife required a new level of honesty, steadiness, and alignment.

That full-circle moment reshaped everything.

I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) — one of the highest credentials in the coaching field — and I currently serve as a Health Coach with The Fasting Method, supporting women through metabolic healing, insulin resistance, and the physiological shifts of midlife.

Alongside my work there, I help women in midlife and beyond create sustainable metabolic and hormonal balance through:

  • nervous-system–supportive habits

  • smart, sustainable nutrition

  • gentle, circadian-aligned meal timing

  • inflammation reduction

  • stress-physiology repair

  • mindset and identity shifts

Much of my work focuses on helping women gently interrupt old survival patterns — the automatic “push harder” scripts — and replace them with steady, intuitive rhythms that support who they are now.

Healing isn’t about pushing harder.


It’s about listening, understanding, and working with your biology — not fighting it.

While I no longer offer PCOS-specific programs, the principles that guided that work — compassion, metabolic health, nervous system support, and sustainable change — continue to shape how I support women today through individualized coaching.
