FAQs

  • Many clients experience weight loss or body recomposition as a by-product of restoring metabolic balance, lowering inflammation, improving sleep, and calming stress physiology.

I don’t promise quick fixes or a specific number on the scale.
The goal is to create the internal conditions where your body can finally respond again — often after years of feeling stuck despite doing everything “right.”

  • No.

We look at your metabolism, symptoms, history, stress load, preferences, and real life — then build an approach that works with your body instead of against it.

    This isn’t about rigid rules.
    It’s collaborative, flexible, and personalized.

  • Sometimes — thoughtfully and individually.

For some women, adjusting meal timing to better align with circadian rhythms can support metabolic health, insulin sensitivity, and sleep.
For others — especially when stress or fatigue is high — the priority is adequate nourishment, consistency, and stability.

We choose strategies based on your physiology and adjust as your body changes.

  • Yes.

Medications can be helpful for symptom management, but they don’t restore the underlying systems that determine long-term health — such as sleep quality, stress resilience, metabolic flexibility, and inflammation regulation.

Coaching supports those foundations, whether or not you’re using medication.

  • Very often — yes.

Many women come to this work because they’ve been pushing for years and their bodies are no longer responding. We move at a pace that supports your nervous system and honors what your life realistically allows right now.

This is not about doing more.
It’s about doing what actually helps.

  • Most women notice early improvements in energy, sleep, cravings, or mental clarity within the first few weeks.

Deeper metabolic and hormonal shifts take time — especially in midlife — and consistency matters far more than intensity.

We move at the pace your body can actually integrate — because safety and sustainability come before speed.

  • Many programs rely on:
    – rigid plans
    – one-size-fits-all protocols
    – medication-only solutions
    – intensity or restriction

    My approach centers on:
    – your unique physiology
    – nervous-system support
    – metabolic foundations
    – rhythm instead of force
    – long-term sustainability

This work is science-informed, personalized, and deeply human.

  • I’ll guide you — but I won’t micromanage you or hand you a rigid meal plan to follow indefinitely.

The goal is for you to understand your body, build confidence in your own choices, and reduce food stress — not become dependent on a coach.

  • Yes.

While I no longer offer PCOS-specific programs, I continue to support individual PCOS clients within my 1:1 practice — especially women navigating PCOS alongside midlife transitions.

My PCOS background deeply informs how I work with hormones, insulin sensitivity, and inflammation.

  • This is health and wellness coaching, not medical care or prescriptive nutrition therapy.

As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, my role is to help you understand your body, build sustainable habits, and make informed choices that support your metabolic and hormonal health. I don’t diagnose conditions or replace medical care.

When appropriate, I encourage collaboration with your healthcare providers so your coaching work supports — not competes with — the care you’re already receiving.

  • This work is best suited for women who are thoughtful, motivated, and ready to take an active role in their health — even if they’re feeling tired, frustrated, or unsure where to begin.

Many of the women I work with are in midlife and have tried “doing all the right things,” only to find their bodies responding differently than they used to. They’re looking for a calmer, more personalized approach that respects physiology, stress, and real life — not rigid rules or extremes.

If you’re open to curiosity, consistency, and learning how to work with your body instead of against it, this approach tends to be a good fit.

  • Our work together is collaborative, personalized, and paced to support your nervous system — not overwhelm it.

We focus on understanding why your body is responding the way it is, then building practical rhythms around eating, fasting, sleep, movement, and recovery that feel sustainable in your real life.

Rather than handing you a rigid plan to follow, I help you develop clarity, confidence, and self-trust so you can make informed decisions long after our work together ends.

  • This is one of the most common reasons women reach out — and it’s an understandable place to be.

Often, what hasn’t worked isn’t you — it’s the approach. Many women have been given strategies that ignore hormonal shifts, stress physiology, or the cumulative effects of years of “trying harder.”

My work starts by slowing things down and rebuilding understanding, rather than adding more pressure. For many clients, this shift alone brings relief — and creates space for meaningful, sustainable change.

  • It begins with a conversation, a Clarity Call.

We’ll talk through what’s going on in your body, what you’ve tried, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

There’s no pressure — just clarity.
